What if something breaks during delivery?

Don’t worry — domestic orders are covered for loss or damage during delivery.

Please take an unpacking video   and let us know within 2 days.

 Damage from use, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

How do I make a payment?

After selecting your items, the bank account details will be shown at the final step.

Once payment is made, please upload your payment slip in the system every time, so our admin can check and confirm your order.

How will my order be delivered?

We offer 2 delivery options:

  1.  Carrier service (DHL or BI Logistics)
    Orders are cut off daily at noon, and the transport company picks up around 4 PM. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. A tracking number will be sent in the evening so you can check the delivery status.

  2.  Pickup truck delivery
    For large orders or urgent delivery, we can arrange a private pickup truck. The delivery cost depends on the quantity, size, product type, and distance.

    Both delivery methods are covered for damage during transportation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. We offer several international shipping options:

  1.  Full Container Load 
    Suitable for large orders, starting from a 20-foot container. Sea freight is available under both FOB and DAP terms.

  2.  Delivery to the customer’s warehouse or freight forwarder in Thailand 
    Suitable for customers who want to combine our products with their own shipment. We can pack the products and deliver them to your warehouse or freight forwarder in Thailand. The customer will handle the export process.

  3.  LCL / Less than Container Load
    Suitable for orders that do not fill a full container. Shipping costs are calculated based on cargo volume and need to be confirmed with a freight forwarder.
Please note: Shipping costs and export conditions depend on the quantity, product size, destination country, and shipping method.
 
 
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been handed over to the transport company, We'll update the tracking number in the system.

  •  You can find your tracking number in your email, or

  • search for it by entering your order number and email through the link, CLICK.
 Then, you can use the tracking number to check the delivery status on the transport company’s website.

We ship through Business Idea or DHL.
Can I order a custom color or size?

Yes, custom orders are available.

You can send us your preferred design, color, or size.
