Each basin is handmade from natural clay. Due to the nature of handcrafting and clay shrinkage during firing, sizes may vary by ±3 cm. Color, texture, and shape may differ slightly from one item to another. These natural variations are part of the charm of handmade pottery.

No returns or exchanges for size, color, or design after shipping. If unsure about sizing, feel free to message us before placing an order.

Damage guarantee: We pack each item securely. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos or videos and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order for a claim.

Orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders after 13:00 will be shipped the next working day.
